Overview
This device uses the droplet method to prepare libraries for high-throughput (~20,000 cells) single-cell gene expression analysis at medium resolution (2,000 genes/cell). A dedicated reagent kit from 10X Genomics is used depending on the application. After introducing a sample dispersed in single cells into this device to create a gel bead-in-emulsion, we prepare a library for next-generation sequencer analysis, perform gene sequencing with approximately 20,000 reads/cell, and generate analysis data. get.
