Peptide and protein analysis represented by biotechnology, drug/metabolite analysis, and a wide range of analysis from strong polar compounds such as agricultural chemicals to non-strong polar compounds LC/MS is mass/charge of compounds ionized by ESI and APCI methods. This is an analytical method to obtain information on the molecular weight and structure of compounds by separating them according to the number (n/z) and then recording and detecting. By attaching LC in front of MS, MIX sample can be separated by column and the molecular weight of each composition can be analyzed.In addition, the signal detected by the UV detector is sent to the MS data system, and the UV chromatogram and mass chromatogram can be simultaneously displayed for data processing.
