・Provision of an instrument reservation program via the Internet
・Administrative procedures for maintenance contracts and repairs
・Clerical procedures for billing fees for external use
・Management of the General Equipment Center website
・Publication of device usage status on HP (every six months)
・Equipment prioritization (internal evaluation: annually)
・Publication of research papers using equipment on the website (Center report: biennially)
・Recruitment and implementation of independent research themes using the center's equipment (for all grades)
・Joint tour with craft center (twice a year)
・Preparation and distribution of Pamphlet
